Machias River Inn

Dog Fee

Well behaved dogs are welcome, we do require a $25 per dog per night fee. Dogs are not to be left alone and must always be accompanied by owner while on the property. Guest assumes full responsibility for any damages caused during the stay.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 48hr cancellation policy, reservations must be cancelled 48hrs prior to checkin. Cancellations and or No-Shows less than 48hrs will be subject to one night charge plus tax.

Damage & Incidentals

Any and all damages caused during the guest stay is the sole responsibility of the guest.

Smoking​

All Machias River Inn rooms are non smoking rooms. Smoking in rooms will result in a $250 cleaning fee. You must be 25ft away from the building in order to smoke and must dispose of trash properly.

Rates

​

Machias River Inn rates are based off occupancy at time of booking. The availability of discounts are subject to change. Special pricing is at the discretion of the Machias River Inn.

ATV Riders

Machias River Inn bath towels are not to be used to clean off road machines. Vehicles are not allowed on the back lawn and must remain in parking spaces. ATV trailers are able to park in the lower unit grass lot.
